2005年のUEFAチャンピオンズリーグ決勝でも見せなかったジェラードの涙。
ヒルズボロの悲劇から25年、また24年ぶりのリーグ優勝、ということで、さすがの彼も感極まったのでしょう、こっちも思わず泣けてしまいました。
東本貢司さんが昨年12月3日付コラムでリヴァプールFCについて「2年、3年先の栄冠も決して夢ではない。願わくば、そのときまでジェラードが今と変わらず健在であり、誇らしくプレミアのトロフィーを掲げることができればいいのだが」とおっしゃっていましたが、是非、5月に誇らしくプレミアのトロフィーを掲げて欲しいものです。
