A Beginner's Guide to the Blues

昨日のピーター・バラカンさんの番組「ウィークエンドサンシャイン」は、リスナーからのリクエストがここのところ多かったので、ということで Bobby Bland, Freddie King などブルーズ特集でした（ピーターさん応えて曰く、その前に予定している特集が済んでから、とのこと）。
本日、たまたまＢＢＣラジオで格好のミニシリーズ A Beginner's Guide to the Blues が放送されているのに気付いた次第。
元々は2年前の2011年9月に3日間にわたって放送されたプログラムのようですが、暑い最中こんなに熱い演奏を聴くことが出来てラッキーでした。
