英国の大学教育にかかる個人負担を増やすべきかどうか、についてのニュース。
現状、英国では個人の負担が2割ですが、日本は5割、ドイツでは何と０でアメリカは3割（公費で3割、寄付で3割という絶妙のバランス）だそうです。
