今年も残り 100日
2010年から始めた「今年も残り 100日」シリーズ。今回で3回目となりました。
2012年の、これまで265日間を振り返ってみて、何といっても記憶に残る嬉しかった事は二人の息子と本場のパブで一杯できたこと。これは一生の記念です。
これからも「地に足の着いた」「賢明さと我慢強さ」を心にもって生きていきたいですね。
さて、昨年に続き以下のとおり、年内これらの事柄には取り組みたいところです。

○ 上半身の強化
朝晩の食事前に腹筋・腕立。天気の良い週末は梯子で懸垂。
腹部のインナーマッスルを強化して腰痛に備えるとともにメタボ対策にならないかな。下の妹に驚かれたとおり昨今、余りに見苦しい体型になりつつありますので。
○ 京都逍遥
折角ほど近いところに住んでいることでもあるので秋の紅葉の時期は避け、京都をぶらぶらしてみたいと考えています。
最初のとっかかりは名庭の鑑賞から、とまいりましょうか。
○ ウォルツァー『政治理論エッセイ集』をパラパラと
とりあえずコピーした章を摘み読み、ですかね。
○ ミル（1806−1873）、ケインズ（1883−1946）、バーリン（1909−1997）、セン（1933− ）関連の読書
